I have an Audi A7 2016 Prestige premium plus Very unique car to work on they know all of the ins and outs of my vehicle. Every time service was needed. My Vehicle accelerates  better than before. Excellent technicians excellent shop excellent staff. They are not cheap but not overly expensive either you Definitely pay for quality. They are very informative on what to expect. When an emergency light comes on I panic. Taking my car into Mercedes service was quick, explained in a way I understood and all parts were shown to me and discussed. Had a great experience with Calvin and Jose. I live in Chicago and Miami and have had 33 Mercedes over the last forty years. I was getting a ceramic coating on a car next door to Mercedes Service and thought the car I was driving needed an oil change and B1 service. So, I decided to take it to Calvin since it was convenient. He and his team  did a great job and even though it was difficult to get the exact oil level, they came to my house to make sure the level was ok and adjusted the level back at the shop. Despite the initial surface-level impression based solely on the appearance of the shop not being very glitzy, the substance proved to be there. Calvin and the team at this certified Mercedes shop do a very good work! They explained in details what my Benz needed and were very honest about all the repairs. They sent me parts pricing and hours needed for each task for me to approve, repairs were done very good and fast. Car drives like brand new now.

OUTSTANDING experience! Jose and Calvin go above and beyond. I recently moved to Miami and had no reliable mechanic. It is my experience that the dealership is not trustworthy. I have a 2017 Mercedes GLC 43 AMG. Jose and Calvin addressed the issue with my car and did so quickly and fairly. My suspension compressor had failed and needed to be replaced. MercedesServices was great. The staff was very professional and the shop is very neat and clean . I drive an Audi A3 the car was having 2 1/2 years of repeated problems with the oil light sensor. Audi of North Miami could not fix the problem. However , the staff at MercedesServices diagnosis the repaired the problem within 24 hours of drop off and my car is driving great.
